A Legacy Born from Vision
When our founders first gathered a handful of UCLA students in a small study room, armed with nothing but laptops and a shared frustration about the gap between classroom theory and real-world finance, they couldn't have imagined the movement they were starting. Through countless late nights building our curriculum, securing industry partnerships, and mentoring students one-on-one, they transformed their simple belief — that every student deserves practical financial and tech literacy — into a thriving community that has launched dozens of careers in investment and technology industry. Today, as our alumni work at top finance and consulting firms, launch successful startups, and manage million-dollar portfolios, we honor not just their founding vision, but their unwavering dedication to ensuring all UCLA students graduate with practical experience in the industry.

Founder, FIT at UCLA
Jingxi Feng, with a Master’s in Data Science from Columbia University, is the founder of FIT at UCLA, where he built a platform connecting finance and technology through research and investment strategy. He gained early experience at a security company, incubated two projects at a venture fund, and contributed to risk modeling and stress testing at Santander Bank. He later began developing two fintech startups, Fintegrate AI and Q&Q AI, focused on quantitative methods and AI agent frameworks for explainable financial research. Jingxi also participated in establishing a New York–based hedge fund, strengthening his expertise in capital markets and quantitative asset management.

I am Kehan (Tiffany) , UCLA Class of 2024, with a major in Financial Actuarial Mathematics. As one of the founders of FIT at UCLA, a student-driven initiative designed to empower peers in finance, technology, and entrepreneurship, I have been committed to helping students extend their growth beyond academics and gain meaningful real-world experience.
I later advanced my studies through an interdisciplinary program at UC Berkeley’s College of Engineering and Haas School of Business, where I deepened my expertise in technology ventures and entrepreneurial practice.
Currently based in Irvine, I am working at an AI robotics startup, translating robotics innovations into practical applications. In parallel, I am also leading an education-focused initiative, creating platforms that foster youth entrepreneurship, collaboration, and innovation.

I am Kray, UCLA Class of 2025. I graduated with a triple major in Applied Mathematics (concentration in Computing), Statistics & Data Science, and Economics. I'm now studying at Carnegie Mellon University pursuing my master degree in Computational Finance. It has been my honor to serve as the president of FIT and former data chair, and I hope the club will always remain the close-knit family it is today—founded not only to bridge financial insight with technological innovation, but also to support one another at UCLA and throughout our careers in the industry.

I’m Yanle (Tony), UCLA Class of 2025, where I graduated with a double major in Mathematics–Economics and Statistics & Data Science, along with a minor in Computer Science. I’m passionate about integrating cutting-edge innovations in tech industries with finance, particularly in the stock market. At FIT, I had the honor of leading our Fund—building the first Chinese student club with a running fund from scratch and achieving 20%+ returns in our very first quarter.
I am now pursuing my master’s at Brown and Harvard, focusing on Data Science with an emphasis on machine reasoning, algorithmic transparency, and AI ethics and governance. Looking ahead, I aim to advance computational approaches to financial markets by designing models that capture both rational dynamics and irrational behaviors, biases, and systemic risks.
